A gay services community center. The office is quite small, able to accomodate only about 20 people or so, but the staff is very friendly and helpful. The guys who hang out there are typically between the ages of 20-30, but the staff is very outgoing to anyone of any age. There is a map on the link above. The area of town is near Zhong-You department store.
Look for the pink Union Jack flying at the entrance. Marco, the owner, was inspired by London's vibrant gay scene to create a more open and visible LGBT-friendly club in Taichung. Kudos welcomes everyone to enjoy their selection of food and drinks. Dishes are served everyday until midnight, including Brighton Spicy Beef Noodles and Kudos Bond Seafood Congee. Wide list of local and imported wines, beers and cocktails. Tune up for weekend special events.
Not far from Hon Hwa Gong Sauna & Tai-chung Park. Upbeat, nicely decorated and the trendy people. The music is also quite cool. A great place to go before and after dinner.

Take bus number 102 and get off at Ding Shan Shi Li stop or take a cab to Xi-tun 2nd Rd (next to Ming-liu Plaza), Shang-shi North 5th lane.

Look up for a big vertical white neon sign board with 4 red chinese characters and their phone number below it (there is no English sign, but you can match the phone number listed here). Multiple floors and many different rooms: karaoke, TV lounge, gay videos, dark areas, fun spaces, etc. Young and some mature guys.
