Four African countries received visits from Thai and Cambodian grassroots AIDS groups. Uganda, Zambia, Tanzania and Malawi received delegations of community-based groups as a follow-up to an educational exchange project which previously took African leaders and PWAs to Asia observe aggressive campaigns to promote 100% condom use.
