        Comments from Utopians:

"Modern bar with seating both inside/outside. A mix of locals and tourists. Wide selection of drinks - I didn't drink one night, so I was very happy with their tea selections. Cocktails are priced at US$4 which is what all the bars around the area charge. Located in the center of town, so conveniently walkable to everywhere. Above all, the staff were all very friendly, cute, and attentive. The owner, Martin, was especially welcoming and made sure everyone was having a good time. Definitely would come back again!" -- David, Dec 1, 2014

"Have recently visited Linga Bar and would like to congratulate the owner on a wonderful all-round experience. The bar is relaxing and, at the same time, great fun. I thoroughly recommend anyone visiting Siem Reap to pay a visit." -- Brian, Nov 28, 2014

Miss Wong Cocktail Bar (mixed) UTOPIA VISITED JUN 2015
Utopia Map, 092-428-332, email. On The Lane, parallel to Pub St. Straight-friendly gay-owned bar. If beer girls, big-screen TVs and pitchers on tap are not exactly your style, then head to Miss Wong for a taste of vintage Shanghai. The cherry-red lanterns that dangle from the doorway beckon passersby to slip into one of the intimate leather booths for an exotic cocktail made with premium spirits and local fruits and spices. The fabulous interior is part Chinatown, part retro-kitch nod to the camp 50s art of Vladimir Tretchikoff, whose portrait of Miss Wong herself hangs in place of privilege (sorry Madame Mao!). The cute staff, thirst-quenching libations and conversation-friendly volume of the music make this arty bar wonderfully cozy and romantic. All of the town's hip, gay expats hang here at some point during the week. Owner and bon vivant, Dean, is one of Siem Reap's wonders. You will no doubt be drawn back again and again to the magic world of Miss Wong. Deliscious homemade dim sum and Chinese-flavored soups, noodles and delicacies to dine on. Utopia Member Discount
