  185 Cong Quynh St Dist 1 (also see listing under Saunas). The city's best kept gay secret. The institutional appearance belies what goes on inside. The staff speak no English so you might want to go with a local friend. A sign tacked to a tree in the courtyard points the way to 'Massage' at the top of the stairs where a woman takes your money and gives you a yellow card for a massage and/or a blue card for the sauna. Inexpensive (cost is less than half of Golden Smile). The massage area has six cubicles divided by head-height frosted glass partitions and curtains across the front. A sign on the door reads 'Massage for Gentlemen'. Each cubicle contains a massage table and locker. The quality of the massage varies according to the masseur. They also have an active sauna (see listing under Saunas).

They give you a good scrub so you walk of the place with baby skin. Warning though to those with sprayed on self tan: it'll be gone in a second. Not being comfortable with recieving service without knowing the cost, I insisted and was told approximately US$15 for a massage. Which is about the same as a hotel price. After my massage I was told the cost excluded the tip and the total cost was $45. Suggesting a tip two times higher than the service is questionable. After you pass the Binh Trieu Bridge you will see the Nadam Spa sign immediately on the right. They provide many spa and massage services including sauna, steam bath, infrared sauna, jacuzzi, fish spa, body scrub, body care, hair dresser, facials, etc. Free buffet.

  "Once off the Binh Chieu bridge, turn right. There's a Nadam Coffee where the staff will tell you how to get to Nadam Spa (if you come with your own transportation, you have to park here). Nadam Spa is proud of their Finnish sauna, but there are no hot stones, only the red heat flares (bulbs) heating up the room at 40 degrees celsius. What's worth the trip is the body scrub. My massage was more like kneeding fluffy dough and they had none of the healing Japanese and Viet accupuncture indicated! The prices are set out on a sheet written in Vietnamese.   "Went visit the new Samsara Spa at the SCBD area behind Pacific Place. They have male therapists and nice private rooms with individual showers inside (professional service only).   "At 32 Dong Khoi St there is Blue Moon Spa that has a couple of guys that do a professional massage. But around the corner at 8 Ho Huan Nghiep is Lan Anh Hair Salon where they have two very handsome guys that give professional body massage. To get here, find Hong Ha, the side street next to Parksons Bld at the airport. At the end of Hong Ha, turn right and you will see a sport center around the corner.
