- Gym and sauna. It's very discreet and very clean. Jacuzzi and steam room. The best time to go is after 8pm. The crowd is both locals and foreigners.
- Sultan Hotel (mixed)
- Sauna is reported to be popular with gays. Be discreet.

I have attended the Millenium Sirih hotel spa - again not clean, but tolerable. Sauna, whirlpool and steam room. Mostly middle aged chubby Chinese. It runs at R$190,000-280,000 for 50-90 minutes.
